We are located in Spokane, Washington in the Bemis Neighborhood near all the major universities. For younger learners, we are also near Liberty Creek Elementary, Liberty Junior High, Bowdish Middle School, and Central Valley High School. Andrew Rypien Park is close, as well as Safeway for convenient grocery outings!

We're delighted to offer a variety of options for you! We have 575 SF one bedrooms, and 825 - 900 SF two bedroom two bath floor plans. We are sure to have the perfect home for you!

Amenities

Absolutely! We love furry friends and warmly welcome them to our community. Call for breed restrictions! Our weight restriction is a max of 75 pounds.

We provide pet waste stations and grassy areas for your pets to play. They are sure to make plenty of friends here!

For each pet, we have a $250 nonrefundable fee and a $250 refundable fee (minus damages deposit). Additionally, our monthly pet rent is just $20 per pet, ensuring that your pets can enjoy their time here without breaking the bank.

We know that your time is important. You don't need to wait around for a maintenance tech. You may give our team permission to enter your apartment in your absence, and the work will be completed while you're away.

Absolutely! Your peace of mind is our top priority. For after hours emergency repairs, call the office number to be routed to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your comfort and safety are our constant concern!

Our leasing office is located at our sister property less than five minutes away, making touring an apartment a breeze! We're happy to accept walk-ins during our business hours. You may also schedule an appointment through our website, by phone, or by email!

Absolutely! We know a year-long lease isn't the right fit for everyone, so we offer leases as short as 3 months. Please be aware that shorter leases may come with a premium.

We believe in transparent pricing! Our application fee is just $45, with a non-refundable fee of $250 once the application is approved. Security deposits range from $400-$1,200. We're here to make your move-in process as smooth as possible!

Paying your rent is a breeze with us! You can easily make your payments online through our resident portal, or if you prefer, you can pay in person with a money order, personal check, or cashier's check. We're all about providing you with options that suit your needs.

Utilities are not included in the rent, but don't worry, we've made it hassle-free for you. Water, sewer, and garbage are billed separately, but we combine them into one convenient bill for you. For electricity, you set it up yourself and pay directly. This way, managing your utilities is straightforward and easy to handle.
